How it works

Step 1: First conversation. I find out what you are looking for and what matters most to you.

Step 2: Search and shortlist. I identify suitable properties, filter them and check the conditions.

Step 3: Viewings. I schedule and accompany the viewings of the shortlisted properties.

Step 4: Offer. I help you prepare and submit your purchase offer.

Step 5: Negotiation. I follow offers, counter-offers and the final acceptance.

Step 6: Promissory contract (CPCV, the binding preliminary purchase agreement). I support you at the signing. If you need a mortgage, the valuation and approval are carried out by the bank.

Step 7: Documents. I help you gather the documents and information needed for the deed.

Step 8: Taxes and deed. Payment of the taxes and fees due (such as IMT – the property transfer tax – and Stamp Duty), signing of the deed and registration of the property.
