Selling your home
A clear method, one dedicated consultant and your property visible across the whole network.
A clear method, one dedicated consultant and your property visible across the whole network.
Selling a property is demanding: it takes time, dedication, in-depth market knowledge and specific training. With me:
your property is in the hands of a committed professional;
you have one single consultant who represents and defends your interests in the sale;
the price is suggested based on a comparative analysis of similar properties;
you receive regular feedback on what potential buyers think;
you are supported right to the end of the process.
Step 1: Conversation and property visit: I get to know the home, your goals and your timeline.
Step 2: Comparative market analysis: based on similar properties that have sold, to find the fairest and most competitive price. The final decision on the price is always the owner’s. My duty is to keep you informed of the prices actually achieved in the market.
Step 3: Brokerage agreement and marketing plan: together we decide how the property will be promoted.
Step 4: Promotion, viewings and offers: I handle the viewings, send regular reports, and present and negotiate offers through to the deed.

Entrusting your property to one consultant does not limit the sale. Exclusivity applies to the marketing, but the property can be sold in partnership with consultants from other agencies. I always accompany the viewings myself.
